First off I want to start out saying T G I F!!!
Last night again I was thinking what I was going to blog about today and I have decided I am going to try to call Fridays T.V. Day. and go over my thoughts of the T.V. episodes from this week.
Watching T.V. is like shopping for me. It is such a stress reliever and it is so relaxing. I LOVE T.V. and I watch just about everything you can think of. I esp. love Reality T.V.
So lets get started with Dancing with the Stars
I enjoyed the Rock and Roll theme and thought it was one of the best shows yet. I loved how they chose Rock and Roll the week of Halloween also...I thought it fit very well. I was disappointed in Jens performance however, as well as she has done I don't think she deserved to be in the bottom...actually everyone that was in the bottom didn't need to be there...I don't know what America was thinking. Bristol is one of my faves. so I am glad that she was safe (but it could be I didn't want to see her HOTT partner leave just yet). But COME ON PEOPLE the football player and the basketball player HAS GOT TO GO...why are these, in my opinion NOBODYS being safe...there has to be a flaw somewhere and ABC has got to be cheating somewhere, AND I thought that Brandi did well and it was her best performance but shes not as good as they make her out to be (in my opinion again). So sadly on Tuesday the final results came in and poor Audrina and Tony were eliminated! I was SO MAD, they should not have been eliminated, but then again I should have voted :( So maybe next week America will get it together and the next two weeks we will see the athletes go home as they should.
On to Wednsday Survivor Nicaragua...
I don't know who still watches this show. I watched it when it first came out and fell off and didn't watch it for a while but I started back last season when they did the allstar challenge and I have got hooked again. Survivor Nicaragua is Hilarious in my opinion. They have a great cast which 2 of the cast members are from the Carolinas...we have Jane who is from Gaffney S.C.(which is my fave) and then you have Chase which I am almost positive is from somewhere in the Asheville area which is also great candy for the eyes. I loved the whole old people vs. young but I knew that wouldn't last very long because the young people were demolishing the old (like they knew they would) but anyways I am happy with the results of Jill going home, even though Marty is the stupidest player I have ever met giving the idol away. I CANNOT believe he did that!! SO SO SO STUPID!!
Now on to Thursday night. Thursday is my favorite night and EVERYTHING comes on!!
Starting at 8:00 is The Vampire Diaries
Now I have to admit, I just recently started watching this show and I am so ADDICTED...I didn't think it would be that good but it really is :) Last night was a very intense and great episode. I love how they are throwing witches in the mix with the vampire and werewolf thing going on. and the end was CRAZY. I just am curious to find out how the whole Damon being in love with Elena is going to play out and if he can stay good..who knows and I guess we will just have to find out later. But back to last nights show, I cannot believe that Tyler killed that girl...I was sure that it was not going to happen and then bam the girl hits her head and dies. I was so disappointed because truthfully I could do with out the werewolf angle of the show.
I am glad that Bonnie could trust that other witch and she made it right and put Caroline down. I totally thought that Caroline was talking some mad BS when she was telling Damon that Elena was still in trouble but behold she was telling the truth and now I can't wait to see who is holding her captive and why???
Show number 2 on Thursdays Grays Anatomy:
Now I love me some grays, but I thought last night that the episode Almost grown was going to be stupid. I watched the first 10 minutes and was like this is stupid and crazy me started doing something else and didn't watch it, but in the last 15 minutes I sat back down and watched the end and I CANNOT believe I did not watch the whole thing. I was in tears at the end. I cannot believe they let that girl die at the end. After she had went through the shooting and then she just didn't wake up from the surgery....SO SO SO sad. So I hope they rerun that show in the very near future.
At 10 I was flipping back and forth from Jersey Shore Reunion and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
So first Jersey Shore Reunion:
I watched a few parts of it but ultimately I decided to not watch really because I think that they are only doing the show because MTV pays them a CRAZY amount of money and you can tell that they don't really like each other. They are defiantly just doing it for the money. I also have got tired of Pauly and Mike treating women like they are sex slave sluts and that a women is only good for one thing. Like really I don't know why all these girls fall for the trick when they can clearly see what they are after on the show and I don't EVEN want to know what kind of stds they have up their sleeves.
So now on a better note lets get to the most exciting Housewives Franchise Yet, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
All I can say about these women are WOW...the claws have come out Early and I have to admit...I am Loving them. Adrienne is my fave and I can't wait to learn more about her...I love her, Lisa is my second fave because Jiggy is just too adorable and I love the way she talks. Kyle comes in as my other fave. I love her lifestyle and I think her persona is beautiful. As for Taylor I can't really say to much about her because they don't really show her that much and as far as I can tell her husband runs her and sadly I am waiting to see divorce in the news in the near future for her.
Now my two least faves...Kim because she is way anti social and just sits around and feels sorry for herself, and wants to cry and be sad because she doesn't have the wonderful lifestyle of her sister. And Camille which is totally fake, bogus, gold digging, and is not really that hot as she thinks she is. Stupid girl (obviously she is my least fave). I mean come on why why why do you need four nanny's for two children. Why do you only talk about your husband who 1. is never there. and 2. you now are divorced from. I wonder why, but I am guessing that the guy that showed up last night has a little something to do with it and did everyone see how she was looking at Adrienne's husband???? I would have knocked the girl out if I was Adrienne LOL!! And the girl clearly stirs up some drama I mean come on Kyle was just asking about your Hawaii Plans NOT interrogating you...like I said before STUPID STUPID girl.
Now about last nights actual show. I would love love love to have a tenth of the money these girls have. I could go shopping every day!!!! Which is pretty much what they do! All the food they were eating looked amazingly good. And their trip to Vegas looked like too much of a good time. I was laughing at them through the whole episode. They all are so funny and they crack me up to pieces. I about fell in the floor laughing when Lisa was talking about Camille's dancing her quote was like "She was dancing and the only thing I saw missing was a pole" it was to to to funny, go ahead and call the girl out! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!
If you are not watching this show you are def. missing out LOVE LOVE LOVE it :)
Well that is all the T.V. for the week. It is now time for me to get into Halloween mode and I think tonight I will sit at the house and watch some scary movies. I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL Halloween and I will be sure to blog about all Halloween festivities Monday Morning!!!
Following the life of a real small town friendly housewife.

October 28, 2010
Ok so I have to admit...I could hardly sleep last night thinking about my new blog and what I wanted to write about last night!! I am sure the longer I go on with this the less I will post like everyday but as of right now I am loving this idea, so my mind is going crazy with ideas!!
First off I am so upset because I went to wal-mart today to pick up The Band Perry Cd so I could listen to it and post about that because I am LOVE LOVE LOVING the song If I die young. It is amazingly written and I could listen to that girls voice reading a phone book its so pretty. But anyways since the CD was sold out I guess I will have to do that later!
But with disappointment comes joy and I found out that the new Blue Bloods Novel, Misguided Angel came out this week so I picked up a copy.
Now if you are unfamiliar with The Blue Bloods Novels by Melissa De La Cruz then YOU MUST GET FAMILIAR.... I am in LOVE with these novels. I thought for sure that nothing vampire written would ever come close to Twilight but if it isn't better than The Twilight Saga it definatly ties up with it. But having said that it is nothing like Twilight...you just have to read them. I don't want to give to much away, but its about a teenager that lives in Manhattan who finds out she and other elite members of society are vampires and it twists up with gods, and goddesses. So with that said I will say no more if you haven't read it pick up the first copy Blue Bloods.
So needless to say I am excited to get started on my new book and I will let you know how it is when I get finished.
So on to the next thing...As I have said before I LIVE for shopping. It is one of the best things ever invented and my dear husband gets mad at me sometimes for this dear passion that I have but I cannot help it. But the point of this insert is when I find something good I like to share with the world. Saturday I went to the awesome J Crew Distribution Center Sale in Asheville, and just let me tell you OMG is not even the word for it.
I have been to the sale before and last time I went I wasn't highly impressed but the second time around I figured out how to work it and it was amazing. My little tail got up at 6AM after I went to bed at 3AM, got ready and drove the hour it takes to get up there. I was there by 8:15 because I had to stop at Starbucks and get amped up for the sale. The sale doesn't start until 10 but if you ever go be EARLY because the early birds defiantly get the good worms in this situation, and take lots of people with you and everyone shop for everyone...that is what I figured out this time. Go in sweep boxes and if you see something you like throw it in the bag and keep going because boxes disappear fast. But anyways I found SO MANY good deals, thanks to the help of my Bestest, Whitney and her mom Rita. We got a ton ton ton of stuff. I got 2 100% Cashmere sweaters, I got 2 cardigans, a T Shirt, and 2 pairs of Wellmade Denim Designer Jeans (which are $100 a piece for $2 a pair) a scarf, a beanie, and 2 Headbands for $115.00. Like I said awesome awesome deals!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it :) I cannot wait to go back!!
The J.Crew sale is not the only thing exciting that happened to me Saturday. When I got home I found out my husband LOST our sweet little precious dog Jenn. OMG I about died literally...well actually my husband about died because I about Killed him...Thank god after her being gone for 9 hours she decided she would come back home. I was a mess literally. I have NEVER been so scared in my whole life. And bless her now when she goes out side I am right behind her every step. LOL!!!
Halloween is quickly approaching and it will be here in T-Minus 3 days. I don't really know why but I almost love halloween more than I like Christmas. It is such a FUN holiday. I love dressing up and I love the parties and decorations and of course I LOVE LOVE LOVE all the candy. This year I will be dressing up as a Cheerleader and my husband is going as a football player (I hope)...I CANNOT wait!!! I will give you all full details and pictures next week.
Well I guess that is all my mind is blogging about today...I hope everyone has a joyous Halloween holiday!! Don't eat to much candy you get sick and can't make to work on Monday LOL!!!

Day 1 of Forever
Ok So I have decided to enter the world of Blogging. I have to say I am quite excited about this new and thrilling (in my opinion) adventure. I have always wanted to do it, but I wanted to do it about something...so sitting here bored I have decided to pretty much make a blog of my life...kind of like a journal. I want to talk about everything....Nothing is off limits for me: Shopping, Cooking, Movies, Books, T.V., Whats going on in my personal life...I want to talk about it all LOL...
So, probably everyone that is reading is going what in the world...but I have to say THE TALK which comes on CBS at 2:00PM is the thing that inspired me. I love how the group of women...which all are awesome...get together and just talk about everything. So I decided to do just that in a blog.
So this is day one of forever let me give you some background:
I graduated high school from East Rutherford in 2004. I went on to college and attended Kings College and graduated in 2005. Life in Charlotte was awesome..however that $20,000 that my parents are still paying for was just to party (like I said nothing off limits). I came home worked for a while in real estate and then lost my job. I went back to school for cosmetology which I love doing but when I graduated that in 2009 I figured out that I don't love doing it as my only income.
I am in my mid twenties, I will be literally right in the middle in a few weeks at the ripe age of 25. I just got married to the best person I could have ever have gotten married to (who would have guessed that LOL) on May 22!! Jesse is my world and we have a 3 year old dog named Jen which is the best little girl in the whole world. Who needs babies right now while I have her. She is AMAZING. I don't really have a job...but my husband owns his own business and I help him with that as a day job. I have to say I didn't really think it would work being together 24/7 but I have to say its going pretty well. Its not perfect by no means...I have just learned to roll with the up and down sides of it.
You will find out by reading this that my grammar and sometimes spelling can be way off but don't say I didn't forewarn you.
So now to my blog...why did I choose The Life of a Real Southern Housewife...well easy I watch all of The Real Housewives on Bravo and I don't really think any of them show the real lives of housewives...but just maybe its because they have all that money that they act like that...who knows??? But I on the other hand I don't have millions in the bank...but I have a wonderful life and I want to share that with everyone along with looking back as hopefully years come along and see what was going on and what I was into and what I was doing. I like that idea ALOT.
So now as I am concluding post one of my blog I look forward to the next posts that are yet to come.
